Instant Quote (iquote24.com) is operated by Startup Lab 24, a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of Instant Quote. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Instant Quote lets you set your own prices, build quotes for your customers, and send them as a branded PDF or share link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, quotes, and business information you enter — Instant Quote calculates totals from what you provide.
Accounts are invite-only within a business. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know at support@startuplab24.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You own the business content you put into Instant Quote — your customers, quotes, and branding. We only use it to provide the service to you (for example, rendering it into a PDF or a shared quote link). You can export or delete your data at any time (see “Your data” below).
Instant Quote may offer a free trial period followed by a paid plan. We'll be clear in the app about what your current plan includes and when payment is due. Fees, once introduced, are described in the app at the time of purchase.
Don't use Instant Quote to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive content, to interfere with the service, or to try to access another business's data. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
We aim to keep Instant Quote available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may update or change features over time, and we'll try to give notice of material changes.
To the extent permitted by law, Startup Lab 24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Instant Quote. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone, or by emailing support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
