Instant Quote (iquote24.com) is operated by Startup Lab 24, a Delaware corporation (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account information — your email address, via our sign-in provider.
Business content — your business name and the content you enter to run your business in the app: your customers (name, email, phone, address), your quotes and their line items, and an optional uploaded logo.
Security data — we process IP addresses for security and rate-limiting (for example, to stop abuse of public quote links).
We use what you enter to provide the service to you — building your quotes, rendering your branded PDFs, and hosting your shareable quote links. We don't use your business content for advertising, and we don't sell personal data.
We use a small number of service providers (“sub-processors”) to run Instant Quote:
Each only receives what it needs to perform its function. We don't sell personal data to anyone.
We use essential session cookies, set by Instant Quote's own sign-in so you stay signed in (authentication is self-hosted; your credentials are not shared with a third party). We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which sets cookies to measure whether our advertising brings visitors to Instant Quote. We don't sell your data, and we don't use cookies to track you across other websites for advertising.
You can download all your data yourself, any time, from the app (“Download your data”, or /api/company/export). You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Danger zone. You can also email support@startuplab24.com to request an export or deletion.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your business content is removed as described in-app.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware.
